Four floors, close enough to read the grain, each one in a house it actually went into. Pick one and we'll tell you where it wins — and where it doesn't.

Where it wins
It is the only one you can sand and refinish a decade from now instead of tearing out, and nothing else feels like it underfoot.
Where it doesn't
It is not a lanai or a shower floor, it asks for simple upkeep rather than none, and a Naples slab has to be moisture-tested before a board is cut.

How it works

Remodeling is not intimidating.
It's three easy steps.

Free to start, no jargon to learn. One Naples team and one project manager carry it the whole way — you just tell us the room you have in mind.

  1. Step 01

    Schedule your appointment.

Walk into Trade Center Way, or we come to you. No homework, no lingo, nothing to pay to get started — just bring the room you have in mind and the look that's been living in your head.

  2. Step 02

    Select your finish.

Walk the boards in person and take the ones you like home. We help you pick the right floor for your slab, your light, and your life — seen in your own rooms before you commit to anything.

  3. Step 03

    Measure & plan it.

A free in-home visit, on a day you can hold. We measure every room and write an honest scope with a fixed price you see up front — a deposit is due only once you approve it and we order material.

What you get, every time.

  • The right floor for your slab

Florida slabs hold moisture and the wrong floor fails. Picking the one that lasts down here is our job, not your homework.

  • One team, start to finish

One project manager from hello to handover. We pull the old, lay the new, and hand the house back clean.

  • We fit right in the middle

More than a big-box store, simpler than hiring your own contractor — and we work to your budget.

  • No homework required

No lingo to learn, nothing to prepare. Bring the room you have in mind and we narrow it down together.

One point of contact

One project,
one project manager.

§ 01

Your first visit is with your project manager

Not a rotating salesperson. The same person who walks the room is the person who specifies the materials and coordinates the install.

§ 02

One phone number for the entire project

Questions, change-orders, schedule shifts, warranty calls — all go to the same person. No transferring, no re-explaining.

§ 03

Same person at the warranty visit

Year-one walk-through, year-three touch-up, year-five callback — your PM is still your PM. Continuity is the product.

§ Order free samples

Samples, mailed to your door.

Not ready to come in? Tell us the look you're after and we'll send a few real swatches — hardwood, vinyl, or stone — to live with in your own light before you decide a thing.

Built for the Florida slab

Picking the floor that lasts down here
is our job, not yours.

Twenty-eight years in Naples taught us that the floor isn't the hard part — the slab, the salt, and the humidity are. So we carry that part for you, from the moisture test to the decade-out refinish.

  1. 01

    Your slab is alive

Florida slabs hold moisture and move with the season. Before a board is cut, we moisture-test your concrete — the wrong floor over a wet slab cups and fails, and picking the one that won't is our job, not yours.

  2. 02

    Salt air & humidity

Eight months of A/C, salt off the Gulf, humidity that swings every afternoon. We acclimate every plank in our own shop and match it to your home before install, so the floor that goes down stays flat and quiet underfoot.

  3. 03

    Built to be lived on

Kids, pets, sandy feet straight off the beach — a floor meant to be lived on, not tiptoed around. A decade out it refinishes in place, one weekend, instead of getting torn up and replaced.

  4. 04

    The wood, up close

Wide-plank boards, wire-brushed and matte — the new Naples standard. Long lengths so the grain runs continuously down a hall, with a low-VOC finish by default: in a house that runs A/C most of the year, what the finish gives off is what you breathe.

The RIVA Spain answer

The cleanest expression of the low-maintenance, year-five floor.

RIVA Spain is the European white-oak collection we carry in Naples. 100% European white oak on a marine-grade Baltic birch core built to shrug off Florida humidity, finished in a VOC-free Bona lacquer that's healthier for the air in your home. Twelve Florida-tuned colors in two widths — a finish that asks for only simple cleaning between decade refreshes.
