When the floor leads, the finish is everything — wide-plank European oak through the living spaces, porcelain and stone at the baths, and cabinetry laid out against the wood tone where a kitchen calls for it. One color-out so floor, tile, and finish are chosen against each other.

Grand Cypress sits off Logan Boulevard in North Naples — thirteen minutes from Trade Center Way. Cabinetry has been part of what we do since 2016: we carry Fabuwood, UltraCraft, and Omega, lay the door, finish, and counter out together at the color-out, and one project manager runs the kitchen from template to final adjustment. Floors are glued to the slab over a moisture barrier and acclimated to the home before install.

Yes — cabinetry has been part of what we do since 2016. We carry Fabuwood, UltraCraft, Omega, and Europa, and the color-out lets you see the door, finish, counter, and floor together before anything is ordered. One project manager owns the kitchen end to end.
Do you do the floor and the cabinetry on the same project?
That's the model — one source for both, planned together so the wood tone and the cabinet finish are chosen against each other. You point to one project manager, not a separate flooring crew and cabinet sub.
Do you do free in-home visits in this neighborhood?
Yes. A free 45-minute in-home visit — we bring three species of wood, a stone sample, and a tape measure, and follow up with a written estimate. No deposit, no pressure.
