White oak surface

Real oak, where it matters.
The grain is the material itself. A real white oak top layer brings depth, warmth and natural variation into the room.
4 mm plank · 3 mm herringbone
A more accessible RIVA collection gives you another way to keep real wood in the design brief. Ask us to compare the project quote against other RIVA collections.
Beauty needs a foundation.
Beneath the oak, a marine-grade phenolic birch plywood core provides the engineered structure of the floor.
⅝-inch nominal total thickness
For Naples homes and condos, the build-up matters. We review the substrate, moisture conditions and property requirements before confirming the installation scope. Engineered wood is not waterproof.
Consider the life after installation.
Factory-applied PPG UV lacquer finishes the white oak surface. The care routine and warranty belong in the handoff, too.
25-year residential finish limited warranty
A separate 5-year commercial finish limited warranty is also described in the manufacturer document. Eligibility, installation and care conditions apply; review the full terms for your project.

TIERRA is a more accessible white oak collection from The RIVA Company. It combines a focused five-color palette with Select and Character grades and wide plank or herringbone layouts. Its specifications differ from RIVA Spain’s Elite, Max and other collections; we can help compare them against your design brief and budget.
Can designers and builders request samples and pricing?
Yes. Send the color, grade and format you are considering, along with the project location, approximate area and timing. Our Naples team will confirm sample options, current product availability, trade pricing and the scope needed for a project quote.
Do plank and herringbone have the same specifications?
They have different dimensions. RIVA’s current data sheets list 7½-inch-wide planks with a 4 mm white oak top layer, and 5¾-inch-wide herringbone with a 3 mm top layer. Both are listed at 5/8-inch nominal total thickness with a marine-grade phenolic birch plywood core and PPG UV lacquer. Review the current sheet for the exact color and grade you specify.
Can ProFloors coordinate installation?
Yes. One project manager helps coordinate selection and installation. We review the floor plan, substrate and site conditions against the selected product’s instructions before confirming the installation scope and schedule. Condo or building requirements need to be reviewed for the specific property.
What warranty information should I give my client?
The current TIERRA manufacturer document includes a 25-year residential surface-finish limited warranty and a 5-year commercial surface-finish limited warranty. Coverage has eligibility, installation, care and other conditions. Give your client the full current warranty document and confirm its application to the selected product and use.
