Estero sits between Bonita Springs and Fort Myers off US-41 and Corkscrew Road — twenty-seven minutes from our Naples showroom. The housing stock skews newer than coastal Naples, but new construction doesn't exempt a floor from Florida physics: slab-on-grade concrete holds moisture, and a builder-grade floor laid straight onto it is where the callbacks come from. We moisture-test the slab, glue engineered oak down over a three-in-one moisture-barrier urethane, and acclimate every board in our shop to your home's humidity first. Gated-community logistics — gate access, HOA paperwork, staging rules — are handled by the project manager before install day.

Do you install flooring in Estero?

With the slab. We moisture-test first, then spec engineered construction glued down over a moisture-barrier urethane — the method that keeps wide plank flat through a Florida summer. The free in-home visit covers all of it, with a written estimate to follow.
Do you do free in-home visits in this neighborhood?
Yes. A free 45-minute in-home visit — we bring three species of wood, a stone sample, and a tape measure, and follow up with a written estimate. The visit and the estimate cost nothing; a deposit is only due once you approve the scope and we order material.
