Hundreds of looks. We'll narrow it to yours.
Luxury vinyl comes in a wide range of patterns and textures that mimic hardwood, ceramic tile, or stone — so every room gets its own character. It's durable, water-resistant, and easy to live with.
That's a lot to choose from. Come in and we'll walk you through the looks worth your time, then set the floor with our own Naples crew.
Middle-to-upper end, by design.
We carry the cores and the designer planks that actually last — and skip the low end, because the cheapest plank is the expensive mistake.

Rigid-core plank
Designer wood & stone looks
Wide-plank character
The look, in a real Naples room.
This is luxury vinyl done well — a recent Pine Ridge home in light oak-look wide plank, run wall to wall through the kitchen and the dining room. Come see this plank, and the rest of what we carry, on our showroom floor.

No two rooms get the same floor here — we match the plank to the light, the cabinets, and how the room gets used, then set it with our own Naples crew.
Pine Ridge · Naples — interior design by R & Co. Designs
One floor, room to room.
- 01In the kitchen
Spills and stains wipe up, and it stays comfortable underfoot through a long day of cooking — in finishes from rustic to modern.
- 02In the living room
The look and warmth of wood or stone without the cost or the upkeep — softer and quieter underfoot, made for busy family rooms.
- 03In baths & laundry
Water-resistant and easy to wipe down for powder rooms and laundry. For a true wet room — a curbless shower, or a slab that runs damp — we'll steer you to tile.
Vinyl looks like wood. This is wood.
If what you love about luxury vinyl is the wood look, see RIVA Spain before you decide. It is 100% European white oak, milled in Spain on a marine-grade core — installed by the same crew, under the same warranty, for a surprisingly similar spend. It is the floor we would put in our own home.

Stand in the doorway, and you'd swear it was oak.
Same wide-plank grain underfoot, same Naples light across the room — only this floor wipes clean and shrugs off the everyday.
COMMON QUESTIONS · Luxury Vinyl Plank
Honest answers.
Is luxury vinyl really waterproof?
Honestly — it is water-resistant, not waterproof, whatever the sample sticker says. The surface shrugs off everyday spills, but standing water or moisture rising through the slab (hydrostatic pressure) can still make a plank fail. That is why we test your slab and set a moisture barrier first — and why, for a true wet area, we will point you toward tile or hardwood instead.
Can you install luxury vinyl over our existing tile?
Yes — if the tile is level and well-bonded. Floating luxury vinyl over tile is a common condo solution. We test four spots before we commit; if anything's hollow, we address it.
Will my rental tenants destroy it?
A 20-mil wear-layer plank handles dogs, beach sand, and drag-it-yourself furniture. We recommend 22–30 mil for vacation-rental rooms. Luxury vinyl is the single best floor for high-turn rentals — water-resistant, dent-resistant, and spot-replaceable.
Does luxury vinyl smell like vinyl forever?
No — modern plank is phthalate-free and low-VOC. A new install will have a faint plastic smell for 48–72 hours; we ventilate aggressively during acclimation. Naples houses run A/C eight months a year — what a finish outgasses lives in those rooms. We spec materials that test clean because the homeowner is breathing them tomorrow, not in a magazine.
What's the real lifespan?
15–25 years in residential service. The limiting factor is usually the pattern going out of style, not the plank wearing out.
Can we mix luxury vinyl downstairs and hardwood upstairs?
Very common, and a good idea. Downstairs luxury vinyl handles the humidity; upstairs hardwood gets the drier, controlled air. We spec the tones together so the transition reads deliberate.
Does your install include the moisture barrier?
Yes — always on slab. We test the slab before install; if moisture exceeds spec we install a full-coverage urethane barrier before the plank goes down. This is non-negotiable in Florida.
