  • Can you meet the IIC sound spec for a Bay Colony tower?

    Yes. We spec the acoustic underlayment your association requires and document it — sound rating is one of the first things a tower board checks, so we handle it up front.

  • How do you schedule around the building's rules?

    Elevator pad reservation, the early-start window, certificate of insurance on file, and staging coordinated with the super. One project manager owns the calendar so the building never gets a surprise.

  • Do you do free in-home visits in this neighborhood?

    Yes. A free 45-minute in-home visit — we bring three species of wood, a stone sample, and a tape measure, and follow up with a written estimate. No deposit, no pressure.
