How do you handle slab-on-grade and seawall humidity in Port Royal?
Engineered construction glued directly to the slab with a three-in-one urethane that doubles as a moisture barrier, plus in-shop acclimation to your home's humidity. On exposed slab we moisture-test before anything is installed.
Can you match an existing Port Royal estate's millwork and finishes?
Yes. Our color-out process lays the materials out together — floor, tile, cabinet finish — so a new floor reads with the millwork already in the house. One project manager owns the spec start to finish.
