The 1920s–30s cottages south of Fifth have their own quirks — older subfloors, settled framing, real character to protect. Fifteen minutes from the showroom, we spec engineered floors and cabinetry that respect the house and still survive a Naples August. Family-owned since 1998.

Old Naples runs from the pier to Fifth Avenue South and the historic streets between — fifteen minutes from the showroom. Older homes mean older subfloors and settled framing; engineered construction and a careful moisture plan let us install wide plank where a solid floor would cup and gap within two seasons.
