Send the plans, room list, finish schedule and target window. We measure, check material availability and moisture-test exposed slabs; then one project manager coordinates delivery, installers, site communication and closeout. Selection is a color-out — the materials laid on the floor as a design board, decided in front of the client, not off a screen.
