Color-out design board
Your PM lays tile, listellos, shower floors, and wood samples on the floor — a full-scale design color board so you see the room before anything is ordered.

FloorRight takeoff
We import your PDF plans, scale them, and produce square-footage, seaming diagrams, and perimeter baseboard counts. No plan? Your PM lasers the job-site and redraws it.

Moisture-tested slab + three-in-one adhesive
Every exposed slab gets a moisture-meter reading. We use a urethane-bond adhesive that doubles as a moisture barrier and sound barrier — Schluter certified.

Photo-documented install
"Checks and balances taking photographs throughout the entire job." Every appointment labeled and stored on the server — not a general proposal, every line item is built.
