The Moorings sits west of US-41 between Harbour Drive and the beach — eleven minutes from Trade Center Way. Proximity to the Gulf and bay means salt air and slab-on-grade, so we glue engineered oak to the slab over a moisture-barrier urethane and acclimate every board to the home before install. Floors and cabinetry are planned together under one project manager.

Can you do the floor and the kitchen together in a Moorings home?
Yes — cabinetry has been part of what we do since 2016, alongside the floors. One project manager owns both, and the color-out lays the wood tone and cabinet finish out together so the spec is cohesive before anything is ordered.
How do you handle salt air and slab humidity near the water?
Engineered construction glued to the slab with a three-in-one urethane that doubles as a moisture barrier, plus in-shop acclimation to your home's humidity. On exposed slab we moisture-test before anything goes down.
Do you do free in-home visits in this neighborhood?
Yes. A free 45-minute in-home visit — we bring three species of wood, a stone sample, and a tape measure, and follow up with a written estimate. No deposit, no pressure.
