Prequalification before bid documents
Ask for the vendor packet: legal entity and W-9, Collier License #26259 status, and a current certificate of insurance with additional-insured options. We send it before you send plans.
What to send
Plan set, finish schedule, specifications, cabinet elevations, appliance schedule, stair details, addenda, bid date, and the installation window. We do the takeoff from the drawings and tell you the assumptions.
What comes back
Labor and material separated by scope — manufacturer, SKU, quantity, freight, floor preparation and a moisture-remedy allowance — with exclusions listed and a quote expiration date.

Send the plan set
Plans, finish schedule, specs, elevations, addenda and the bid date. We do the takeoff, quote labor and material by scope, and name the date and its clock.

Release and run
Material is reserved on written release; labor moves from tentative to held on a defined event. One project manager runs the job through punch and closeout.
